Leslie P. Gray, 71, of Altoona, passed away unexpectedly Monday at her home. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Myrtle (McClellan) Wright.

She is survived by her two daughters: Daniell (James) Gray-Mort and Kimberley (Brian) Gray-Kennedy; 6 grandchildren: Jacob Breinich, Alyssa and Colton Mort, Chelsea Deyarmin, Jordan Moore and Navay'on Helton; 3 great-grandchildren: Denton Rhodes, and Aiden and Linkon Deyarmin; and a sister, Melody Wright.

Leslie was preceded in death by her life-partner, John Walls; the father of her daughters, Danny Gray; her mother, Myrtle Wright; a sister: Darcy Ardrey; and a brother, William Wright.

Leslie was an Altoona High School graduate and was the owner of her own sub shop, "Leslie's Corner" from 1984-1996.

She enjoyed football, especially the Steelers, cooking, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Concordia at the convenience of the family. A Facebook post will follow with details. Arrangements are by Leslie E. Axe Funeral Home.
