Judith Ann Potts

Judith Ann Potts, 76, Altoona, passed away Thursday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Riggles Gap, daughter of the late Melvin and Lillian (Gault) McGeary.

Surviving are 2 daughters: Corinda Thomas and Tammy Weigner; 3 sons: James (Kori), Robert Jr. and Scott Potts; 24 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Minnie (Bob) Lunger, Lavina Walters, and Betty (John) Bridges; 2 brothers: Wayne (Linda) and Daniel (Tanya) McGeary.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie; 2 sisters: Vivian and Connie; and 2 brothers: Jake and Robert.

Judith worked as a housekeeper at Valley View Nursing Home and enjoyed bingo, flea markets, and yard sales.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 in the Leslie E. Axe Funeral Home, 1520 4th St. Altoona. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11am, Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020 in the Axe and Santella Family Chapel, 1534-4th St. Altoona.
