Lawrence E. Young,67, of Altoona passed away on Sunday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son the late John L. and Catherine V. (Geisler) Young. He married Shirley M. Yingling.
Surviving are his wife; a son: Philip Mumma; a brother: John Young; two sisters: Ronnie Sapata and Paula Clemens; and several nieces and nephews
