Phyllis I. Weber, 84, Altoona, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John R. and Mary (Echard) Over.
Surviving are a son, Thomas Weber Jr.; three daughters: Terry (Randy) Patterson, Julie (Dick) Weber and Stacy (Dave) Ratchford, and a son-in-law, Jar Nale, all of Altoona; nine grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marjorie (Tom) Noad.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Thomas Weber Sr.; and a daughter, Cyndy Nale.
Phyllis retired as a cook from Penn State Altoona after 15 years of service and was also the head cook and kitchen supervisor for Meals on Wheels for seven and a half years.
Phyllis was a member of the Mardorf United Methodist Church.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public viewing and services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Leslie E. Axe Funeral Home, 1520 Fourth St., Altoona.
