Sylvia J. Mills, 51, a resident of Hillview Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at the home.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Donald Sr. and Catherine (Helsel) Mills.

Surviving are a son, Zacchaeus Davis and his father, John; a sister, Catherine Mills of Altoona; and a niece, Betta, and her children: Kaelia and Leonardo.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Katie Lynne, and her second mother, Ariella.

Sylvia was a 1984 graduate of Altoona Area High School. She enjoyed cooking.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
