Judith A. “Judy” Helsel, 74, Altoona, passed away Saturday at her residence.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Homer and Elizabeth (Wilson) Ingram.

Surviving are a daughter, DeNice Everhart (Andy); four sons: DeWayne, Rodney, Dairryl and Dairin, with whom she resided; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; three sisters: Rosetta Ingram, Gisele Leiden and Kathy Moyer; and two brothers: Larry and Jeffrey Ingram.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Helsel; and an infant daughter, Denna.

Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Axe & Santella Family Chapel, 1534 Fourth St., Altoona, where a funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednes­day, Pastor George Sanders officiating. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery.
